Wait on God's promise
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." — Habakkuk 2:3 (NKJV)
"For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." — 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV)
In seasons of waiting, when hope seems delayed and circumstances press hard against your faith, remember this: God's promises are never late. They operate on divine timing, not human impatience.
The prophet Habakkuk stood in troubled times, crying out for justice, longing to see God move. The answer he received was both a promise and a call to patience: "Though it tarries, wait for it." God was teaching him, and us, that the gap between promise and fulfillment is not empty space. It is sacred ground where faith is refined and trust is deepened.
You may be waiting for breakthrough, healing, provision, or restoration. The delay may tempt you to doubt, to question whether God has forgotten His word to you. But hear this truth: every promise God has made finds its "Yes" in Jesus Christ.
What God has spoken will certainly come to pass. Your waiting is not wasted; it is preparation for the weight of glory that promise will bring.
So stand firm. Keep your eyes fixed on the faithfulness of God! Wait with expectation, not resignation. The vision has an appointed time, and that time is set by the One who cannot lie.
Stay blessed and rapturable!
